 What is chocolate?
Where it comes from and how it gets here!
Different types of chocolate – Dark, Milk, White and now Ruby!
 Taste 8-10 different chocolates
Try a variety of chocolate from around the world.
Create a chart recording your likes and dislikes.
Discover your favorite flavor profile.
 
Class size is limited to 10 people and you must be at least 16 years old to attend (this is not for young children).
